- Introduction
- Jeil Punggyeongchae Central of Jeil Engineering & Construction is the first project executed in Daegu Technopolis within Daegu Gyeongbuk Free Economic Zone Authority. Jeil Punggyeongchae Central is adjacent to Hyunpoong Nadylmok (IC) of Jungbu inland highway and has an excellent residential & educational environment as Gyeongbuk Science & Technology Institute (DGIST), National Daegu Science Museum, Hyunpungcheon stream and Beesylgucheon park are located nearby. Sales rate was increased by designing 4 BAY flat-type, two-sides open unit plan. The residential property is improved by the arrangement of the flat-type and tower-type 100% southward, and various spaces with different themes and public facilities are organized in order to create a good residential environment, where residents can communicate with each other in comfort. In addition, the project won the Grand Prize of Hankyung Housing Culture for Best Apartment Building in the second half of 2016.
