Introduction: The site is located in Geoje City, which is the world's No. 1 shipbuilding industrial, marine tourism and leisure city under the slogan 'Blue City Geoje'. The site is connected to Tongyeong City and New Geoje Bridge to the east and it is located at a key point connecting to Busan through Gageo Bridge on the east side. It is a landmark site that represents Geoje City. Apartment block development plan was arranged in a radial shape according to the site conditions, and there are mainly tower type blocks with the deck type parking in different levels. In addition, 3 blocks of resident's community welfare centers were distributed around the waterfront space inside of the residential block to form community nodes. Geoje Keangnam Honorsville is a region housing union apartment block composed of 1,030 household units with 14 apartment blocks of 24F/B2 in total. There are 213 units of 59m2 area of exclusive use, 449 units of 74m2 and 368 units of 84m2 gross floor area. The site has a full panoramic view of the Sagokman sea at the front and linked to Baekam mountain neighborhood park at the back. Geoje Keangnam Honorsville was designed considering the topographic characteristics of the slopes and coastal areas in order to create a comfortable and cozy residential environment harmonized with nature.
