Design

Introduction: Located in Hannam Ogerori, north of Hannam Bridge, Hannam I PARK SUITE 279 is multi living complex of residential buildings and retail shops where the advantages of view and accessibility were emphasized. Residential complexes were designed considering the Han River view on the southeast side and the scarcity value of Hannam-dong was raised due to this project by planning a small and medium residentials at the area that the relatively spacious houses were only concentrated. The site has good accessibility with the location adjacent to Hannam Road and excellent in recognition by abutting onto 30m, 20m, and 10m road respectively. In order to maximize these accessibility and awareness of the project, retail facilities have been designed in lower level (1st and 2nd floor) and basement level (1st and 2nd basement floor). This project remained as a main case-study with its strategy that planned small and midsize residential which has scarcity value at superior location.
