- Introduction
- Current construction site is located within the Seoul National University of Science and Technology. This project is to build BTL business type student residence with a total site area of 8,421㎡, where two building blocks are located with B1/10F Nurihaksa building and B1/7F Surimhaksa building. The total G.F.A of the building is 16,483 m², in total of 501 rooms, including 6 rooms for disabled people, 51 single rooms, 175 double rooms and 45 family rooms. There are subsidiary facilities such as dining room, reading room, lounge, gym and others. Current residence can accommodate 900 people, which is the largest residence building in campus. Currently, the level of construction is about 40% and the framework is completed. The construction work is planned to be completed by the end of 2017.
