Design
- Introduction
- Located in the northernmost part of the Misa that has a direct view of the Han River to the north, the most important consideration of the project was how to apply this geographical advantage of the complex to block arrangement and unit plan. Therefore, we designed penthouses on the top floor or four blocks on the north side and arranged living room facing north exposure with some blocks located in the northern side of the complex. During the official sale period of apartment, the residential with living rooms facing to the north were sold out with the best interest of consumers. With this as a momentum, Daewoo E&C actively introduced this unit plan to other sites which has excellent northern view. This project was the experimental attempt to have the priority to the viewpoint not the conventional residential cognition which considers the building facing the south. In this result, its design was highly evaluated where it learned that the consumer prefer more favorable to the viewpoint than the direction of the exposure in case when the residential complex has fine prospect.
