- Introduction
- The project site located at 368, Magok-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul applied PS-S (Prestressed wale & Square Strut Method) and CIP (Cast-in-place) for Retaining Wall and Reinforced Concrete Structure and Cedar Exposed Concrete for external finishes. With site area of 12,929㎡, the building is composed of 2 basement floors and 1 ground floor including 200 parking lots on the second basement level and shopping center on the first basement level. The main objective of the project is to secure public and symbolic status as a main traffic hub at the intersection of Subway Line No. 9 Magongnaru Station and Korail Airport Railway Magok Station and use as a base for pedestrian and scenic spots by linking with the Seoul Botanical Garden as well as serve as a cultural plaza that contain various cultural activities of citizens.
