The project's site is located in Ayang-dong - a new center of Ansung city, where the 2nd Gyeongbu Expressway is expected to be built and Jungang University, Hankyong National University, Korea Polytechnics University are located nearby.
With total of three blocks National Rental Housing of 540 household units, the construction work is performed by Iljin Construction Co., Ltd and construction management service by Heerim Architects & Planners.
Since the construction commencement in May, 2015 with a slogan ''High-quality, Accident-Free', total of 9 construction managers including construction project manager (Yeon Tae Jeong, Vice President) are working with the utmost efforts for to complete the project in October, 2016.
