- Introduction
- Current site is a place where Seoul's only view of Seokchon lake, qualities of life and future with visions of the Second Lotte World and Jamsil's Special Tourist Zone are intergrated. It is located in the center of Triple subway influential area with walking distance to 2, 8, 9 subway lines. TOP-DOWN and UP-UP method, in other words, retaining walls and drilled shafts were completed considering construction environment of inner city area, safety of earth pressure was ensured by a repetitive construction of floor slab and the earthwork of underground from the first floor, the construction period can be shorten as underground and overground can be constructed at the same time and underground construction pollution can be minimized. Safety and Quality Management System are introduced based on the basics and principles to create the best work by maximizing capabilities of client, constructor and CM.
