Introduction: ‘SKMS Research Lab’ was established for the purpose of research and improving SK Group’s management philosophy SKMS (SK Management System). In 1979, the company grew fast and big, so that the former president of SK Group, Jong Hyun Choi, founded SKMS in order to reduce the need for business management systems, but increase human resource management system to become a world class corporation. This is SK Group’s unique management system, which systematizes basic management principles and business management factors. ‘SKMS Research Lab’ is an educational research facility, which is located in Icheon city, Gyeonggi province and consists of 5 different complexes such as Body&Mind training block, Group Research Lab2, Personal Research Lab2, Culture archive complex, Personal Research Lab3.
