- Introduction
- The project conducted by Daebang Construction in Yangsan New town is the biggest apartment blocks(about 2,200 households) in Gyeongnam province. It is located in double subway adjacent area with ITX/Light rail transit, where university and medical facilities(University of Busan Medical center) are nearby. There are education facilities (kindergarten, primary school), different community centers (swimming pool, indoor golf range, squash, fitness center, guest house, library and etc.), sport facilities for residents (multi-courts, badminton court) in apartment blocks. Remote control and ubiquitous systems are applied as internal space facilities with eco-friendly (Well-being&Economic) and high-tech system (Digital/Security&Excellent High-speed telecommunications).
