- Introduction
- Magok district is the last large-scale development area in Seoul, located in the borough of GangSeo. It is expected to be largely self-sufficient city where large corporations will sequentially move in to high-tech industrial complex, residential, business and commercial areas from 2017. Construction work of Magok No 11, 12 apartment blocks consist of 12 blocks/710 households, Heerim is responsible for the supervision service where SH Corporation placed an order and Daebo Construction Co.,Ltd is responsible for construction. The work was conducted with the best quality control, meticulous finish and completed without negligent accident. No mistake was found when more than 12 times inspections were processed by external authorities (City of Seoul, Ministry of Land/Infrastructure and Transport, The board of audit and inspection of Korea.) in 2015.
