Design
- Introduction
- The main design concept of the project was 'City meets the Nature!", which pursued designing the apartment complex with natural comfort and urban convenience. It increased the sales promotion rate by designing 4BAY, 3-sided open plan, duplex terraced house, penthouse and others. In addition, the comfortable residential space was improved by arranging the flat type apartment blocks with the 100% south-winged layout and creating a wide community plaza in the center of the complex. Other subsidiary facilities were planned, so that residents communicate with each other and create better living environment together.
