Design
- Introduction
- The project site is a residential complex located in the center of the Eungye district, Siheung. The site includes five residential buildings with 816 households and an officetel building with 317 units; the ground floor and 2nd floor are planned as a street shopping mall. Apartments and officetel community facilities were separately placed in the central square of the complex to enhance the convenience of residents, and various sports facilities were created along with a children's playground and for a pleasant experience with nature. A large-scale public open space located on the east side of the site acts as an urban park that provides comfort through a specialized plan. The urban landscape design of the shopping street aimed to facilitate the shopping mall by dynamic scenery and the vibrant walking environment.
