- In December 2019, Heerim Architects & Planners signed a contract for Garak Kumho Apartment Remodeling Project with the industry-leading remodeling design and know-how at the forefront. By performing this remodeling work, the exclusive area of the existing units will be increased as well as additional units will be secured through vertical and horizontal extension along with a new extension buildings where the business value is expected to be improved. Moreover, Garak Kumho Apartment complex aimed to create sustainable complex with high-end community amenities and environmental-friendly greenery and landscape features becoming a happy residential complex that anyone would wish to live in.
