- Introduction

As a representative reconstruction complex in the Gangnam area, THE H Honor Hills is the project with the first concept of villa-type terraced house in downtown Gangnam. Located nearby Gaepo Neighborhood Park with area of 30,000 pyeong, the residents can enjoy a pleasant natural environment. With the concept of “connection” as an open complex, “community” for internal and external communication in the complex and “public contribution” for local resident, the complex offers the high-end residential environment. Moreover, by distinguishing the landscape with the art of the museum concept, THE H Honor Hills provides the differentiation as a luxury residential brand. Including residents' participation space FOLLY as well as the 1st floor entrance designed as the hotel, the most specialized high-quality community facilities in Gangnam were planned including fitness club, driving range, indoor climbing and etc. In addition, the sky lounge located on the 30th floor where the Daemosan Mountain can be viewed is planned to be accessible by an observation elevator. Furthermore, by configuring the high-rise apartments and villa terrace house in a complex, the convenience of apartments and the peacefulness of detached house coexist. In the reconstruction pride competition, as the landmark of Gaepo-dong, THE H Honor Hills highlighted the luxuries’ of the community facilities.
