- Introduction
- The site is located in Sangil-dong, Gangdong-gu and has 72m height of above-ground level and B6F (38m). SEMI TOPDOWN construction method was applied to allow the installation of the steel frame up to the 8th floor, when the vertical strength wall of the B4 floor is completed with CIP+LSS/SPS and SRC of retaining wall method. SPS method was applied to lay the first floor slab on the ground to minimize the civil complaints of nearby residents.
