- Introduction
- This project has reinforced concrete wall type structure, and the exterior is applied with stone finishing, stone spray finishing and water-based paint. It has 27,591m2 of site area, 20F/B2 floors with a maximum height of 62.85m and in total of 7 apartment blocks (437 household units). The complex consists of public facility for residents, children day care center, senior citizen's community center, other welfare facilities and parking spaces. Since there are existing apartments, schools and farming facilities in the vicinity of the project site, Heerim maintains a mutual & continuous management system between residents and construction team, where "Heerim Construction Management Team" is concentrating on the overall construction management to accomplish the successful project with emphasis on safety management and surrounding civil complaints (noise, dust, vehicle circulation and other environmental issues).
