- Deokseong-ri Data Center in Yongin is a privately-developed data center complex consisting of three buildings, which are a large-scale computer room, a separate management-office building, and a dedicated community facility for local residents. The computer room is partitioned into two zones according to rack capacity, allowing for the accommodation of high-density server installations. The modular design of the electrical rooms on each floor makes it possible to respond to the diverse needs of future operators and clients. The server rooms are capable of efficient cooling through direct outdoor air intake, while the management building features geothermal heating and cooling systems, along with large-scale solar power facilities in the outdoor parking lot. These eco-friendly measures contribute to energy savings and sustainable operation of the data center.
