- Introduction
- Consignment development project of Sejong City Leasing government building, a government-funded research institute located at 370 Sicheong-daero(Bangok-dong), Sejong City, is an educational research and office facility with two basement floors and twelve above-ground floors. Eleven government-funded research institutes that conduct researches relating to government policies will be relocated to Sejong City to eliminate the concentration in the metropolitan area and promote the development of regional specialization while creating a pleasant research environment by providing space and amenities that comply with the features of a research institute. In addition, the Geumgang river is located on the northwest side, Goehwasa Mountain on the southeast side, a neighborhood park on the southwest side, and a residential facility site on the northeast side of the project site. In terms of the area by usage, education and research facilities account for 94%, business facilities 5%, and 1% on neighborhood facilities of the total building area. The research complex consists of a research support building, science, and infrastructure building, social policy building, economic policy building, childcare facilities, and neighborhood living facilities, allowing various services to be offered.
