- Introduction
- Inspired by the traditional muntin, the façade of the studio flats and retail facilities was designed with the concept of Korean emotion and beauty. The Segok-dong Officetel is expected to play the role of a resting space for communities in the Segok district, while providing distinctive symbolic image as a gateway to the Seogok district of Gangnam.
