- Introduction
- Main design concept is 'Cheonganwon' which means 'eyes looking at others with a good heart'. It was filled with hope to train a warm hearted and kind public interest service personnel, who serves with warm, clean mind for nations learned from the green nature. And the design proposal was intended such thoughts in detail. It embodies the attitude of service, site plan concept expressing nature at the same time. Education facility communicating with nature is the main focus with securement of symbolic, functionality, green design at the same time. Education Training Facility, Management Facility, Accommodation and other main facilities have independence and connectivity in plans.
