- Introduction
- The project is a large-scale residential complex with 1,660 household units completed in Naepo New Town at Yesan-gun and Hongseong-gun where the Chungnam Provincial Government building is relocated. Under the name of “Jungheung S-Class Liberty”, the complex was constructed by Jungheung Construction Co.,Ltd and ranked No.3 in domestic housing supply rate. With medium-high apartment complex by District Unit Plan, the key point of the project was to construct high density complex to a pleasant residential complex. Comfortability inside of complex was increased with South oriented site plan for all household units, apartment block arrangement considering wind path and open space for surrounding natural views and abundant landscape. The focus of the design was to plan Barrier-Free complex by constructing environment-friendly landscape space to overcome level difference inside the complex. Moreover, housing Unit plan consists of 4 bay for all households with cross-ventilation structure in consideration with habitability and spacious attic space was provided for household units on top floors. In addition, Large-scale community and service facilities (multi-purpose indoor sports hall, ricochet, fitness center, indoor golf practice and others) are located on the side of deck for resident's convenience.
