- Introduction
- The residential complex, designed in a stepped structure, comprises 202 rooms for Holiday Inn Hotel, 237 officetels, and 999 units for Artwin Prugio, along with neighborhood facilities. The tiered design not only enhances the sense of space indoors but also creates a spacious and luxurious atmosphere compared to conventional unit layouts. The design prioritizes maximizing ocean and park views while ensuring specialized layouts for each facility – apartments, hotel, and commercial spaces – to maintain privacy.
