This project site, which is located at western end of Monterey Park and lies on direct connection line to LA downtown, had great development potentials to become a central point for surrounding communities. The development was planned to be the mega mixed use complex with strong landmark, along with 3,000 seat performance center to provide a community space, and to celebrate local cultures.
The concept was to optimize Conservation land’s characteristic while blending in our mass forming design in harmony.
