- Introduction
- Located in Hwaseong city, the center of southern megalopolis, the Hwaseong Sports Complex was initiated to establish a multi-sports complex featuring specialized sports facility, local community center, indoor gymnasiums and parks, etc. to promote and host diverse international/domestics sports events as well as to revitalize the regional economy. Heerim CM involved during the detailed design stage to consider and incorporate life cycle cost and green-building solutions into the drawings before DRB, which led to seamless approval by Gyeonggi-do DRB committee. Furthermore, Heerim successfully completed the project by supporting the move-in of tenants and proposing distinguished MD planning with support of in-house experts and benchmarking.
