- Introduction
- As a symbolism located in Busan City Hall and Busan North Port in past, Lotte Town is expected to serve a new landmark of Busan by connecting to the old center including nearby Nampo-dong. The project is proposed with a main building (Lotte Department Store, Gwangbok Branch), new building (Aqua Mall), 107-story skyscraper and annex building. As a One-Stop multi-cultural facility, condo, hotel and additional facilities are provided in the upper level while sales facilities, multiplexes, educational-research facilities, retail shops and cinemas are planned in the lower levels from 11th to 13th floors. The main and annex buildings are opened but the construction of skyscraper is on hold due to the local situations.
