- Introduction
- Heerim won the international design competition which had a purpose to construct a world-class residence-type marine complex tourist area in Busan, Gadoekdo, where has beautiful scenery gifted by the nature. The strategy of ‘Modalpolis: Connecting the world’ was proposed from the integration of human verses nature, environment verses development, business verses tourism, and region verses globalization.
