- Introduction
- Relocation planned government institution has got the same 1-5 living space as the Integrated Government Building and located just under the government office in block C24, which can be used for pavement and has a pleasant environmental conditions with nearby lake park and neighborhood park. Large Office-tel scale with over 1,000 rooms, maximized the convenience of residents with various amenities. Entrance and neighboring convenience facilities are separated, a public notice is planned to utilize the first floor as a rest area considering pedestrians and a roof garden on the 4th floor is placed for residents at the same time. The space was maximized by planning business room on 20th floor and multi-purpose resident facilities, which can be used for meeting room and conference hall.
