- Introduction
- Busan Myeongji Residential Complex, a new urban region formed on ocean surface is planned as a new advanced city in futuristic orientation with the design concept of a green sustainable complex blending with the neighboring region. Initiated with four design concepts, E-way, G-Sequence, U-runway and H-street, the complex consists of spaces wholistically embracing the nature of the seashore and the urban culture, endorsing urban networking and open spaces of each block formed in organic manners. Linking each block with overbridge and retail facilities cast three dimensional effect, and building layout responding to this phenomena achieves coastal view and changing flow in skyline through which the exterior landscape is able to harmonize with the surrounding nature
