- Introduction
- Hillstate Songdo The Sky is located at the international Business District of IFEZ Songdo International City, with beautiful waterfront in side. It is a mixed-use complex with 4 public residence, 1 officetel, and retails in the lower floors, ranging from 49 to 50 stories. This high rise building with a distinctive curtain wall facade features a dynamic skyline of waterfront and beautiful view to position as a landmark complex. The tower-type main buildings with curved design enhances visual openness while maximizing the views of lake and coastline. Moreover, the roof design was inspired by the shape of seagull wings to express dynamic and rhythmic of the entire complex. Low duplex terraced building and the dynamic podium feature curvilinear elements for uniformity. Along the street and lakeside, linear retail spaces have been strategically placed to enhance accessibility and energize the urban landscape. In addition, considering the resident's convenience and lifestyle, community facility has programmed various community spaces in ground floors. Sky community, located at top floor, was connected via dedicated vertical circulation with panoramic views of the waterfront and the west sea. At the center of the complex, there is central plaza to create public pedestrian path that connects the urban street with the lakeside. Along with pedestrian path, public space, community facilities, green space with various themes, and resting space were integrated to form unified outdoor environment. The complex has exceptional transportation accessibility by direct connection with International Business District Station at Subway Incheon Line 1. in addition, luxurious curtain wall facade differentiates with existing residential buildings, to promise increased value and cementing its position as a premier residential development in Songdo.
