Heerim consortium participated in "BIM International Competition" organized by Singapore Construction Bureau and has won first prize in 'Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration".

Heerim consortium consisted of Korean companies with the best BIM technology in each field. It gained almost full marks in every evaluation item.

Heerim proved to be a strong player with technological prowess in the global stage by winning the BIM competition 2013, where the BIM experts and leaders worldwide were gathered. Global architectural & CM/CS company Heerim Architects & Planners (CEO, Young Kyoon Jeong, hereinafter Heerim) and Heerim Consortium won the first prize in '2013 BIM International Competition, Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration'.

BIM (Building Information Modeling) refers to a technology that designs buildings in a three-dimensional manner and integrates and manages all the information that occurs throughout the life cycle of the building, rather than the existing architectural design methods that are performed on a flat surface. In this way, errors can be predicted before construction starts and the quality of buildings can be improved, and they are actively applied in the construction industry such as public and special construction recently.
