Heerim was announced one of 83 best labor-management culture enterprises for 2011, which were selected by the Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL) and Korea Labor Foundation.

MOEL has implemented the system of selecting enterprises with an excellent labor-management culture since 1996. The aim has been to spread cooperative labor-management culture across society and thus contribute to corporate and national competitiveness by selecting and supporting enterprises which have shown outstanding performance in creating a win-win industrial relations culture.

Heerim has been recognized for its continuous efforts to expand their vision and contribution to the society as an enterprise pursuing excellent internal communication. Also Heerim has been rewarded for actively participating in a variety of programs encouraged by the Korea Labor Foundation to create a workplace both enjoyable and efficient.
