- Introduction
- LAFIANO is a block-type detached house ordered by RBDK developer with the Nordic lifestyle and received recognition for its excellent value by winning the grand prize in the detached housing category at the Hankyung Housing Culture Awards in first-half of 2018. LAFIANO is a grape (Fiano)-inspired new residential-detached house complex- resembling a cluster of grape- where the individuality and independence of each generation are secured. Heerim endeavored to improve the physical convenience, mental comfort, and quality of life by adapting 18 phases of basic design, which started in January 2018. LAFIANO is designed to function beyond a typical house, a house which can be a lifetime dream to everyone, a house where families could be happy. Despite countless changes and difficulties occurring during the design process, Heerim completed the LAFIANO in September 2020 by proceeding with each phase with the will to design the best LAFIANO. LAFIANO is a gated community detached house, in the new Unjeong City where apartments and detached houses coexist. A gated community detached house is a cluster of premium detached houses that secures the safety and privacy of its residents by an exclusive entrance, community areas, and joint security management. Furthermore, LAFIANO solved security issues, one of the most representative issues of detached houses, by gathering a larger number of households to form a complex. In addition, residents can set up communities within the complex and enjoy the fun of living together, experiencing a specialized design space being rare in typical apartments.
