- Changwon Jungdong unicity 1 block apartment was completed April 20, 2016 at the site of former 39th division located in Jungdong, Euichang-gu, Changwon city. It is a reinforced concrete building with total site area of 90,960㎡, 42F/B3 apartment complex with 13 blocks and 2 neighborhood living facilities. Each residential block is designed as a piloti structure to provide openness and protect the privacy of low-rise residents, where various community facilities are provided in accordance with the size of complex. The project has attracted a lot of attention as a residential complex by constructing an infrastructure that provides housing, education, and lifestyle within the complex.
