- Introduction
- The site faces the East Sea coastline in the Gangdongsan Haji District, a new town in the north east of Ulsan. Reflecting locational characteristics, green residential and hotel facilities are planned to coexist with the surrounding nature. Vista opening to the east coastline is secured and the plaza is placed in the center to form a community of each facility. In addition, hotel and residential complex entrances and spaces have been distinguished by level differences of the site. Program consists of the residential of 528 units, the hotel of 147 keys, and retail and residences' amenities.
