Four Seasons Hotel Seoul

Design
Introduction
The project was originally designated for Commercial Use by the Urban Environmental Maintenance board; after the design competition held in 2011, the main use for the facility had changed to Hospitality. Heerim won the contract in August 2012 to execute the approval and amendment process and in November, after the Operator was determined, Heerim designed and supervised the full course of the project completion until the opening in October 2015. The prestigious Four Season Hotel Seoul attracted attention nationwide, its location at the heart of Seoul surrounded by the 4 major mounts and the traditional architecture types had inspired the design of the fine curvatures expressed in the Hotel itself. The traditional style interior features distinctive personality with abundant natural light, the hotel also showcases great views towards the Kyungbok Palace and the Blue House. With 25 Floors above and 7 floors below ground, the hotel includes a wide lobby on the 1st floor; high-end restaurants, ballrooms, spa, fitness, swimming pool and other amenities on the 2nd through 10th and about 317 rooms are allocated between 11th to the top floor.
