Design
- Introduction
- The project is the last housing complex in Daegu Technopolis residential development zone and it is located at the entrance of Daegu Technopolis approaching from Daegu City. There is great significance as it is the first complex that Jungheung Construction is developing in the Daegu area. Heerim worked hard to design a differentiated residential complex by planning a medium to large scale apartment units in order to achieve minimized number of residential blocks in one complex, terraced household unit planning, various community facilities, themed landscape design and others. All household units are arranged on the south, where Biseul mountain on the east and Biseul stream park on the west are adjusted to the site in order to maximize the natural view. Specialized household units harmonized with nature are designed by setting up the terraced type units in the south. The complex is designed in consideration with the wind path flowing into the site, maximizing openness & securing the clearance. The residents' facilities are planned on the deck side adjacent to the main pedestrian entrance to consider accessibility and convenience for the residents. Theme spaces with different colors are designed on the outside of the complex, creating a community space for communication with each other.
