- Introduction
- The Magok Osstem Global Laboratory is expected to accommodate approximately 200 employees accompanied by research/manufacturing/ancillary facilities, etc. Osstem Global Laboratory is located in the Magok Industrial Complex and the concept design of facade was visualize recognizable Osstem group's identity by free-formed building skin which creates high-tech look&feel and belt-shaped curved surface. The project was commenced on July 2020 with a design proposal. After signing the contract in November 2020, schematic design, detailed design, and construction documentation were progressed and completed on August 2021. The building construction began in November 2021 and aims for completion on April 2024.
