Introduction
Pangyo Alphadom City 6-1, 6-2BL Mixed Use Development, connected to Pangyo Station, are office buildings with B7F and G15F. Currently, 6-1BL is named Kakao Pangyo Agit with G.F.A 162,731㎡ and 6-2BL is TECH1 with G.F.A 197,135㎡. The Culture Valley is a pedestrian pathway that connects both underground and above-ground areas throughout the entire block. Due to its nature as a project with significant public attributes, it has garnered significant attention from local authorities. The main façades of Blocks 6-1 and 6-2 are designed to symbolize computer languages, ensuring harmony with the surrounding buildings and providing panoramic views from the interior spaces. The entrance facades of the inner valley are designed to be dynamic, facilitating creative collaboration. The planning prioritizes a three-dimensional circulation system, starting from the underground connection tunnel to Pangyo Station and extending to the Culture Valley on the third floor, serving as a central axis connecting the entire Pangyo Alphadom City. Kakao Pangyo Agit and TECH1 mark the pinnacle of the Alphadom City office complex as the final step, serving as a hub for information exchange among the numerous IT offices located in Pangyo.
