Introduction: Olympic Art Center is located in Culture-Sports facility district, 408 Kyodong, Gangreung city where Taeoung corporation consortium was qualified for fast-track Design/CM turnkey design development and construction documents. Small scale performing theater and indoor gym were teared down for extension of grand performance hall with 1,000 seats. The purpose of Olympic Art Center Construction is to actualize its slogan "Cultural Olympics" by building spaces for IOC general assembly, global events and large-scale cultural art performances, which will contribute to local culture development promotion as the first culture and art complex in Youngdong region.
