- Introduction
- The increasing demand for housing within Kuwait has prompted the need for the development of new cities in the outskirts to realize national planning goals and contribute to Kuwait's overall development. The South Saad Al Abdullah New City Master Plan aimed to enhance the residential aspects of the urban areas, provide a vibrant city life, foster sustainable and future-oriented new city development, and improve the quality of life through smart living.
