|Geumcheon District Office|
During the project, it has been considered how to create a unique image of Geumcheon District Office, and what kind of environments and spaces it had to suggest to local residents, while maintaining the independence of the four core functions of the main office, the district council, the public health center, and the community center.
As we had to meet both the demand for resolving the inconvenience resulting from the existing office rental business of the district office and the expectations to establish a 21st century integrated Geumcheon District Office building for local development in the era of the local self-governing system, it suggested a unique, environmental friendly building designed only for Geumcheon District, in consideration of the relationships to the history, culture, and natural environments of the district, and in order to secure the public interest in and symbolic aspects of, the building.
